Proposals for the Renovations to Previously G.K. Foster and J.L. Everhart Elementary Schools are being accepted by WRL General Contractors, Ltd. Scope of work includes indoor air quality testing, site demolitions, earthwork, selective demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, manufactured wood-veneer-faced casework, dampproofing, foamed in place insulation, air barriers, metal wall panels, modified bit roofing, fire stopping, joint sealants, steel doors and frames, wood doors, coiling doors and grilles, glass and glazing, suspension systems, drywall, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, painting, visual display boards, signage, toilet compartments, toilet accessories, FEC and fire extinguishers, walkway covers, loading dock bumpers, projection screens, window blinds, fire suppression system, plumbing, HVAC, test and balance, voice, data, and video communications, sound extension, access controls, video surveillance systems, and electrical work.

Plans will be available starting February 7, 2012, for review from WRL General Contractors, Ltd. We only have 3 sets of plans on file so there will only be a limit of 4 days that you will be able to keep drawings you receive from WRL. Plans can also be purchased at Wolf Prints in Longview. Their number is 903-753-1721.
